Happy with Case and ordering process

Love the sturdiness and colour combination. Looks quite stylish and easy to carry.

I had an old phone case (from another company), which was starting to fall apart and so I started looking for new cases with better design options. After a short look on the internet I got suggested CaseCompany and I really appreciated the custom design options. After ordering I was waiting longer than I am used to with shipments inside the EU and the tracking from the external distribution company was quite vague. Therefore I reached out to the customer support of CaseCompany. They were very understanding and offered a generous solution by sending the shipment again. One day later I suddenly got my package and the wait was absolutely worth it. It is to mention that the delay and confusion with the shipment was due to different factors, none of which is the fault of CaseCompany. So order received, very satisfied with it and will order again soon.
